THE ALBERTA WEEKLY TV MAGAZINE PRODUCTION AND CREW MEMBERS (Productia Magazinului TV Saptamanal Albertan si membrii echipei)

The Alberta Weekly TV Magazine is produced by C21ETV Inc., a privately owned and Alberta-based corporation, with offices in Calgary, which ensures the underwriting of the production costs.

Quality programming does not depend entirely on staff and crew experience. It depends, great deal, on production and editing equipment. C21ETV Inc., a corporation with international credits, has committed to produce and to help the Alberta Weekly TV Magazine to jump-start and carry on, with the intent to transition production within a certain time period.to either a corporate or non-profit entity that will take over Alberta Weekly. C21ETV is in business since August 1998. The company specializes in independent Television production and post-production. It produces documentaries, corporate and educational programs, commercials, personal, training and on-demand videos.

CREW MEMBERS

EXECUTIVE PRODUCER / DIRECTOR / WRITER / SENIOR EDITOR - GEORGE ANGELESCU (ANGHELESCU)

George brings style, emotion, credibility, vibrancy and deepness to the Alberta Weekly TV Magazine. George's wide range of general knowledge on societal affairs and international experience acquired while working for the United Nations, combined with his artistic talent, translate into a unique “George's production style”. His relevant accomplishments include television, radio, live shows, stage, journalism, multimedia programming, Internet audio/video streaming, accounting and immigration legal practice. George's distinctive way of expressing himself centers not only on his sense of realism, but in general on his work as an actor, director, producer and journalist. His formal training includes courses such as 'The Business of Show Business', 'Acting for TV and Commercials', acting specialization, improvisational theatre, a Diploma in Drama, a Certificate in Computerized Business Accounting, and an Apprenticeship in Administration and Business Management. His wide range of general knowledge combined with his artistic talent enabled him to document and produce successful TV programs such as “Walking on oil – Alberta's oil sands”, “Vlad the Impaler – the true story of Dracula”, '“An Immigrant”, “A 100 Years of Lies”, “Dene Tha' the First Nation”, and many others that air/aired in Canada and abroad. He's the author of “Global English – the grammar of spoken English” – a 26-episode educational TV series. His work did not pass unobserved by many national and international organizations, high-ranking internationals and Canadians, including Alberta's last two Premiers, Ralph Klein and Ed Stelmach.

PRODUCER / JUNIOR EDITOR / HOST – DAN PETROVICI

Dan is being trained in desktop video editing and special effects software packages for PC. He digitizes pre-recorded video from tape or live feed from a camera, or imported images, photographs, drawings, and animation files, created in modeling/animation software packages. He creates customized transitions and effects, using various types of multimedia clips included in a project. He's also a good digital audio editor, and is working on several projects that C21ETV produces. Dan hosts the Alberta Weekly TV Magazine, along with Patricia Anghelescu.

PRODUCER / HOST - PATRICIA ANGHELESCU

Patricia enjoys hosting, anchoring and reporting .The capacity of the medium to entertain motivates her. She is committed to continue with her passion for the Broadcast Industry within a highly professional environment in both the English and Romanian language that she'll use in the Alberta Weekly TV Magazine. Patricia has acted in various TV production capacities. Her work experience is interrelated with the hands on the job skills she acquired working for C21ETV of Calgary, her employment with CORUS Entertainment, Vancouver - C-Fox, Rock 101, CKNW and AM730, and the Broadcast Program she took at Columbia Academy of Vancouver, which included extra curriculum activities under a Television Production Agreement entered into by Shaw TV and Columbia Academy of Vancouver.

MUSIC DIRECTOR / COMPOSER - ROMULUS BOIERU

Romulus has worked for over 10 years in the entertainment industry in Romania and Canada. He co-operates with C21ETV for four years now, and worked on various projects that C21ETV Inc. has produced. Romulus accomplishes a wide variety of tasks as a composer/songwriter. He writes music tracks for radio, TV commercials, TV programs and documentaries. He wrote, produced, scored original music, and has worked as a producer, music director, and music production coordinator.

OTHER CREW MEMBERS

Beside George Angelescu, Dan Petrovici, Patricia Anghelescu and Romulus Boieru, other crew members contribute their time and talent to the completion of the Alberta Weekly TV Magazine, among them being Anca Boieru - reprorter, Mihai Petrovici – news editor and anchor, and George Motoc – correspondent for the Toronto area.
